Learn to Meditate

A three hour workshop designed to give beginning students a thorough introduction to meditative practice, including techniques, how to sit, how long to meditate, and how to deal with resistance to quieting the mind.

Everday Meditation and Book Signing

In this inspiring morning, Tobin Blake, author of EVERYDAY MEDITATION, will offer the guidance, encouragement, and structure both beginning and advanced meditation students need to either start a new practice or take an existing one to the next level. He'll offer advice for creating a daily practice, uprooting the blocks that stand in your way, and reprogramming the constant waterfall of negative thoughts into a more compassionate, loving, and forgiving one.

Where: The Bend Downtown Athletic Club, third floor of the Franklin Crossing Building at Franklin and Wall in Downtown Bend.

Everyday Meditation for Success

In this inspiring presentation, Tobin Blake, author of EVERYDAY MEDITATION, will introduce meditative practice and discuss how it can be used as a mind-training tool to increase focus, reduce stress levels, and improve health.
